A bit aarrgghh, Ive worked so hard this week, n Ive religiously weighed everything, n stayed the same. 😠

It happens - eat something different - give your body a bit of a shock. 💛

they are plans to advice you. n of course us. he he. I have planned what within limits I want to eat. you can add what you having by ingredients N this app will tell you the calories. sometime whole meal can also add. to loose a pound in one week or whenever you need to either burn or take less calories. n those calories are 3500. I am suppose to take 1200 calories minimum. but I try to take 700 calories. it's not hard n fast rule. People lose by eating everything n exact requirement of calories n loose weight. community here is very nice.
