I am taking the water challenge and am kinda excited to get started. My first 2 weeks on adkins I dropped 7 lbs. I want this to keep going. My goal is to go from 166 to 135. I don't really have a date to my goal. But hoping it doesnt take forever! I don't have any buddies to share with.
