Holding on to my progress. We're heading to California for a family vacation in less than a week so it may be tough to continue to see progress but I'm already getting in the mindset to refocus and hit it hard once I get back. If you haven't done so already, check out the Les Mills BodyPump challenge that I'm starting. Let's push through the remainder of the summer with renewed focus and energy!
