I'm still loving phase 1. I can't believe how the scale is showing in my favor every day. after a week or so, I really don't crave the sweets, and I'm not baking cookies and xmas party foods, so there really is no temptations in the house. I bought those "green bags" to keep all the veggies in that I bought. It REALLY helps! veggies are expensive and those green bags really extend the shelf life. well, off to have some eggs and veggie sausage for breakfast!

Look at that chart drop! Phase one works wonders getting those cravings in check and making the weight fall off. Great job!
