DAY 7
So Sundays are going to be my weighin days, and today is Sunday, so it's D-day! My loss was pretty good - I'm happy with it! Today I'll be prepping food for the week. Since this will be my first full week of work, it will be interesting how it goes. I have some Eat Clean Bro meals coming to make life easier, I just have to decide if I eat them for lunch or dinner.
Well, that's about it, I have a challenge starting tomorrow to lose 20 pounds, so I'm excited about that. I'm hoping to add some exercise in soon, I just have to figure out how/when now that I'm working full time. I know that's no excuse, I used to get up at 5 am to workout before work every single morning. But I was A LOT younger then! I'll figure something out because I need to take care of myself!!!
