I gained a pound over vacation but I'm ok with that. Two of the days I was way overboard with my eating. one was my birthday and the other was spaghetti dinner my son in law made. got lots of walking in. I really enjoyed our stay in Utah. Most of the time was relaxing at the house. We didn't eat out. our interaction with others was low. We rented a pontoon only talked to two staff. We went to arches national Park. It was a day when it wasn't too hot and it rained a little so not a lot of people.
