I've been doing the lemon water thing.
I wake up, squeeze the juice and pulp from half a lemon into a glass. Mix it with warm water.
I do this about twice a day. I also have been making sure I get in my two fruits a day. Every half lb lost counts.

Just out of curiosity... how does the Lemon water work? Is it just filling, or does it have other benefits as well? On my diet I'm only drinking water, but if lemon water has benefits, I would love to do this too!

Well Ive ready many things about lemons boosting your metabolism. There are many stories about people saying this is a great aid to weight loss. Even if this is untrue, its lemons. They are not bad for you. They are a fruit. They have vitamin C. Ive lost a couple lbs by doing this a few times a day and they are no negative side effects that I have seen. Makes your breath smell good as well! haha. If youre drinking that much water, I say add a lemon or so a day.
