Kind of flatlining now. I thought this might happen. need to start exercising. I just can't seem to get motivated! winter makes me want to hibernate, not put on shorts and "sweat to the oldies!"

I feel like that a lot! If I didn't take my gym clothes to work with me and change there, I probably wouldn't do much. Keep trying! Exercise warms you up!
