Trying the '6 Meals a Day' that many fitness and health people espound. Hard to do - probably because my day is desk bound and I'm not really burning up the amount of food I'm consuming. Eating every 3 hours has been difficult, especially since I'm supposed to be tapering my calories from a 0630h meal of 500 down to a final meal 1930h of 300 calories, with no simple carbs.
On a whim, I ran 5k last night with my new interval timer. 2:30 running, 1 minute walking but it was very cold and my legs felt like logs in the last 1k.
