Well, I failed miserably a few days ago when I did my last entry and initial weigh-in, which only further confirmed what I said about having a problem with food. The next morning (7/13), I committed to being strict low carb for one month and tracking all food and exercise thru fat secret, as well as reporting to my dear friend.

I'm a string person - I can do this.

Btw, I've already found one problem - in day one, my carbs were ok but I ate 400 calories too many. That's an easy fix. :)
