Well, I'm relieved to see progress this week. I have been on track for three or four days. By that I mean I haven't been problematically binge eating. I look forward to seeing more results next week. I feel like the strategies I used last year don't work this year. Does the transition to 36 from 35 make that big of a difference? I suppose the more likely explanation is poorly coping with the stress of the pandemic. I have a plan for the week and all of the ingredients to cook delicious paleo food I'll be looking forward to.
