What the heck is going on with my weight? The other day I was pretty sure that I was going to see 269 any day now, but instead I weigh 3.2 up! Personally, I think this is quite unfair. I have been watching what I eat and getting some exercise, yet I go up. I must forgive myself as I have been actively up since 3:30 plus I slept very lightly last night.

I must persevere.
