Now this is getting fun! I just did my weekly bio update. A weekly surplus of almost 4500 calories this past week. I keep increasing my calories each week expecting a big jump, but... nope!
My metabolism is keeping up nicely and the workouts are looking great too!
"But, the weekly average weight on your bio is the same as last week, Chris" you say? Well, person who actually looks at my bio page and cares, that's because I round the numbers. It was actually a loss of weight by a few decimal points.
