Went away for the weekend, I didn’t have my shakes while away... but stayed same weight. I look forward to seeing my results this week as it will be the first full week on the program. I have now tried the chocolate banana and vanilla. They all are really nice I find that they are more like a thick custard or thin mouse consistency.
