So my weekly average weight is back where I want it after a screwy week of not eating enough. But, whoopsies! 1500 extra calories yesterday because I ran out of time and didn't go to the gym as planned. Hitting it today for sure though! Wevs. Carrying on as always ✌

Hope you have a good week. My mom has lots of replacement parts. But, it is always quite dreadful, and knees are tough... My mom got hers done at the Vets hospital down your way, and we always think they put in the wrong size. Not many older lady veterans I guess. I think they went in the back and picked out a knee for a 6'4" lad.
