A gain of 1 pound this past week. Deserved? Yes !!! .... an excess of red wine on Friday and Black Forest Cake then Black Forest Cake again on Saturday ... chocolate cake on Sunday..... cheetos .... chips .... I think I got lucky with only 1 pound gained looking back. I know that journalling my food as I eat it works so let me get back to it in a dedicated way.
