The hardest part of this week has been the no snacking at night. I was snacking at night before this week but healthy snacks. This week I decided that a goal would be no snacking at night. Well saying that was all it took to bring on the massive cravings.

Last night the cravings were at an all time high. I really felt powerless over them. I was talking to a friend and she said just go get something to eat. I was like SHUT UP! She said no seriously, trust me you need to give in to your cravings, because you will at some point and then it will be really bad. Talk about support. With her saying that I was even more determined not to eat.

It was Thursday, what was I doing thinking of breaking my goal on a thursday? I decided that I could do this. I was not hungry but more of just wanting to go back to an old pattern, a pattern that helped me get to 254lbs. So I am happy to say I did not snack last night. I can do this!!!

Also when I woke up this morning I was down 2 sizes in underwear and put on my Beatles shirt that I have not worn in maybe 5 years! Ob-la-di Ob-la-da life goes on bra
