OK That's it....let's get started.... ive been eating to the maximum calorie limit .. and often beyond... and feel very lucky to have still recorded a loss this a.m. even if it is 0.2 of a pound. very lucky as i was prepared for a gain which would have been deserved. pull up your socks girl. you could be down whete you want to be within a few months with concentrated effort.... Just Do It! NOW
