I have been reading back and just realized how badly autocorrect is mangling my journal entries. Oh well. It's for me to keep track of moods and mindsets. I'll get the gist of it in the future.

I did fail to mention, yesterday, that working out and my morning routine had pep back in my step. Today, however, I am dragging. Nature of the beast though: I only got 7 hours of very bad sleep. I kept dreaming about work and snapping awake thinking I had forgotten something really important. Ugh.

The alarm clock was not my friend this morning. I've skipped working out in favor of some light housework. Immediate gratification. Work will be active enough, I think. I'll get some sleep tonight and pick back up bright and early tomorrow.
