I seem to be stagnant for the past 5 days. Maintaining my calorie count. Does anybody know why this might be happening?

It happens... I stayed stagnant for 2 weeks, sometimes 3 days, just remain consistent n do not weigh so often. Next moment u look n u r 1kg gone. I do find when I drink tons of water though it does help in breaking the stall. Give it a go...

Hi! I went to go see a new doctor as I have been struggling with my weight for years. I have PCOS and insulting resistance, so it is really hard for me to lose weight. She adjusted my chronic meds. Sometimes its due to lack of sleep & stress... Getting adequate amount off sleep nd finding creative ways of reducing stress is just as equally important as drinking lots of water, eating healthy, being in a caloric deficit, exercising etc in your weight loss journey.
