I started on this journey over a month ago and have lost about 10 pounds. I fell off the wagon and have not been fasting for several days now and ate over 1200 calories a day. I need to get back on the fasting because I do so much better and feel so much better. It’s been raining for days now so my walking 4 miles has stopped also. Patiently waiting for the weather to be nice again.
