I had an incredible conversation with a client yesterday. She said that she is 87 years old and that 10 years ago she weighed 198 lbs. Now she weighs 137 and runs on the treadmill 2 miles 3 times a week! I'm like," Well I just ran out of excuses." God often puts people in my day to tell me what I need to hear! 😇
