When you look at the candy - when you feel the temptation to eat the candy - or even think that one taste won't hurt you...Just remember how hard you have been working on losing this weight - you have JUST 40 more pounds to go to your goal. You can do this - you are far better than the temptations!!
If you are at a party or you are making holiday treats yourself - carry a "before" picture in your pocket - when you feel the urge to induldge - reach in your pocket - pull out the picture - and you will be reminded why you do not need to eat those treats!
