Biked 24.63 miles with Paul yesterday. Biked 12.35 miles with Paul the day before. Have been planking (forward & side) each night (1:50 and 0:30 respectively). Can do one pull up from short step stool. Need the stool to reach the pull up bar. Trying to get back to 6 consecutive pull ups.
