As usual, the weekends are a challenge. Have to understand that as long as I am still under 2000, that I am not gaining weight over the weekend and that is a laudable goal as well as a reasonable way to live. Will strive to lose 3 pounds this week but that means some serious exercise and diet M - Friday this week. Am already making a plan for Saturday's challenges.
