Lost 19 pounds in the first four weeks of Atkins diet. Since then I've stalled at 211 pounds for the last week. I've been sick and have started taking steroids. I've heard that they could be the reason. But since they treat my emphysema, and I like to breathe, I'll continue to take them as long as I must.

Have not been eating enough carbs. Too busy. Will start eating more to lose more weight. (?,!) Once Christmas wrapping and decorating is over I can relax for a few days before family arrives.
