I haven't posted my weight in the past few weeks for the simple fact that it didn't changed, Im starting to enter that fase that the body changes but not the weight, and Im very happy to say the I lost 20cm of abdômen and changed my clothes size from 4 XL to 3XL . Every day is a choice that we have to make, and is not easy but I choose to not give up 💪💪💪💪
