I am back & hopefully will follow this more. I know I started off at 240 & found it relatively easy to get down to 200. Since then, I have been stalemated - not so much on the food side (although I do have my sweet tooth binges). But I have been so totally inactive, it is ridiculous. Need to get in better shape for my dear grandchildren - also to have the energy to do the excursions on our trip planned for Feb.
