I havent been on fs for some time. I have been so busy I thought that I shouldnt really pick up, eating very little meals but the wrong meals and before I knew It I picked up weight. I went up to just over 90kgs and I have been to embarressed and dissapointed in my self. Iam my own worse critic.
So here Iam again after many ups and downs.
My biggest problem is finding time to prepare the meals I need to eat.
Iam going to try my best to stick to my plan as best I can and not be too hard on my self.

Hey there, have you perhaps ever considered meal prepping/planning? It’s a super efficient way of keeping on track with healthy meals and it reduces the need to have to make unhealthy meals just because there’s no time
