Kinda went off the path the past few months and gained a few back, now on a low carb path, let's see how long I can stay on this one. I feel motivated, my husband is doing it with me and actually the diet (oh how I hate that word) isn't too bad. I will be going back to the gym (haven't been in 4 months) after I wind up this project at work that will be done the end of next week, and that should help, I always feel better when I work out.
