Move and feel great- Skimble workout- Put on YouTube videos of Danny Gokey and King and Country and jammed out to this awesome Skimble workout! Because Mikey was holding me accountable, I got back to the workout (even though I was trying to be lazy today—I really was digging the idea of it until I remembered his comments). Got my sweat on and burned that ship! #burntheship #kingandcountry
