"Down, down baby... down, down the rhythm... sweet, sweet baby... I know the gigalo..."

So, the yo-yo will continue this weekend (family will want to eat out and I will too). I'll gain a little back, but the idea is I won't go up so much I start over. The lower I go during the week the lower I am at the start of a new week (up a couple of pounds - maybe, but nothing I can't lose again by Tuesday or Wednesday) where I can still loss what I need to get to where I need/want to be.

Eventually I will stop losing and that will hopefully be at (or past my goal) and I'll be in "maintenance" as needed (and not all out H.A.M. during the week with all the strictness and effort).
