With the exception of going out for ONE drink last night and sharing a plate of chicken nachos with the folks at work, I thought I was having a pretty good day.
I ate so much sushi - like, 16 pieces - and I thought that, plus a vodka and lemonade with nachos was going to screw me in the weight department.
What a nice surprise to step on the scale this morning!
However, this can only be a one time thing. I really have to watch what I am eating, and especially when I am eating it. Eating after 9pm really seems to fuck with my ability to drop the pounds.
This week, to further that idea, I won't eat a single meal or food item after 9pm. It means I won't get to eat a single meal with my boyfriend, but he understands. And if the weight loss is significant, it will bother him even less.
