Went off diet for a few weeks. Back on this week and already lost. Not doing keto so much, but still intermittent fasting. Fast from around 2 pm to 8 am. Watching the amounts of food I’m eating. And trying to make good choices. Mainly sourdough toast with butter banana and almonds in morning and moderate lunch and maybe a small snack around two.
