(1) I've been using that shrinke.me link the trolls sent and I'm losing 1/2 pound a day...

(2) My ketones are in full effect (and somehow have adapted to Little Debbie)...

(3) I'm doing a water-only fast...

(4) or I've reduced my calories to balance the lack of weightlifting, remained high on my protein intake (to preserve muscle tissue), and am working out at home.

My friends down the road are actually building an outdoor gym thing this weekend courtesy of "the buff dudes" on YouTube. I'll let you know how it looks. They're bringing me lumber for my deck, so I'll probably hang out with them for a bit. they are hard core lifters so this open/shut thing is getting to them. I'm annoying them by calling it their giant playground. because it is.
