I’ve made a commitment to myself, with God’s grace and care, to be healthy. My health has been causing me worry (even more since Pandemic) and at night my mind would race about every discomfort. Low glycemic spells began to wake me up to the fact that only I can help myself! I have removed most sugars (started using monkfruit in very small portions) other than occasional fruit and high fiber starches. Switched to gluten free flours, but avoiding those as much as possible. I want a slow, steady weight loss that I can maintain. Your stories are encouraging so I thought I would journal alongside you all. I’ve been a little impatient with the slowdown after the first month.
