OMG. How long has it been since ive been here? Seriously! Anyway. Im back! I found a forum to help me with life post gastric bypass. And not a moment too soon. Its my 7 year anniversary (of my surgery) in June. I really needed to figure out why I was dieting and actually sticking to it and nothing much was happening. Apparently I was doing LOADS of things that are bad for post-ops. So I've ironed out all the issues and I'm off to a flying start. Ive lost 5lbs in the past week! THATS what I'm talking about! And it wont be like that forever, but at least its results and all my hard work isnt for nothing. I will keep posting but give me some time to catch up with everyone!
