🤷 Shocked I didn't go up from yesterday.
Work sent a gift card to an overpriced deli for lunch. Thanks work!!! While the food was tasty it wasn't enough. I was so hungry by the end of the luncheon (2:30?) I ended up bindging on at least 500 calories of cereal. I was at least 750 calories over my calorie goal by the end of the day (though, only really had that bad spell from 2:30 to 3:30). 🤷
