Had my regular tomato+ seaweed+egg soup and a vegetable wrap for today's main meal. Been eating less than 600 kcal per day for a while now, this method seems working really well for me. Based on 7700Kcal = 1kg, I save about 1400 Kcal per day, in this way I loss 1 kg in every 5 days. Lost 4.4kg by now, still have 0.4kg to loss till my first goal (BMI 24). By next week i can start my second goal (BMI 23) 59kg.
