Whatever was lost; whatever was suppressed in the past year... let a new sense of awakening emerge and drive us all to appreciate the little things in life.
Let's make a change this year -- an ACTUAL change! With all the social injustice, the pandemic, the lack of physical contact with loved ones.... it's gonna be a slow process, but one foot in front of the other and we can make real, lasting progress.
If we can't change others, let's begin to work on ourselves and strive to come out of this previous year with a newfound motivation that doesn't fade in a few weeks.
Take your health, your finances, your close relationships more seriously and not for granted this year because, if there's one thing 2020 taught us, they can all be taken away in a flash.
So, as the gyms are limited, my goal is to push to change - not just physically... a complete overhaul of the "me" I've become on all levels this year.
I hope this inspires some others to do the same.
