On Tuesday my Dr told me if I want to live I'll lose weight. I had no intentions to try until that visit. I'm currently doing diet only because my body isn't strong enough to exercise. I'm just starting this fight for my life journey. This is my first weigh-in and it hasn't been a full week yet.

I think I am going to learn healthy eating so when I have lost weight, I wont go back to the old eating habits. somehow along the years, I slipped into larger portions and snacking. "optavia" is my ticket.

Hello and welcome - this is a great place to be! If you can start incorporating short walks into your daily routine, that will be a great start for exercising. Even just 10 minutes is good. Good luck to you!

I know the feeling. I was given the same option 3 yes. ago. When I ran into the ER nurse a year ago, she was surprised to see me. She thought I was dead. I started at 260 lbs and am now at 155 lbs. Best wishes to you. I know you can do it and the people here are so helpful and supportive. 🙂
