Somehow managed to get the scale to finally go down a little bit, even though I'm on my TOM. Actually feeling really good about it. Not sure why, but it seems as though the more I focus on eating well, the more weight I gain, and the more I just eat whatever, the more weight I lose. I really wonder why that is.
