so i went for a CT scan after 2 months of heavy stress i have been given a clean bill of health still have a cyst on the right kidney and the "stone" is a classification of a old trauma injury so im working out again yoga and walking also tabata and 1 day a week muitai training im taking it slow as i gained allot over this period im off gluten and dairy also avoiding meats not all meat but trying for the estrogen dominance. i have hrrbal remidies im taking to normalize it als doing 16/8 feeling good feeling a difference already
