I took my measurements for the first time in a while. They were down to 45-40-45 which is -1,-2.5 and -1 inches respectively. I have been gaining weight though. Last night when my kid woke me up in the middle of the night and kept me up I went to the kitchen and ate bread and oil and leftover curry without realizing what I was doing. I think I couldn't care for kids with no sleep or calories and my brain made an executive decision without me. I am trying not to be discouraged since I am gaining muscle. This next week I am going to focus on portion control and going outside more. Have a great week everyone!
