This is my first Journal entry. I have been on this journey for quite so time, up and down like a yo-yo. I was at 310 and had congested heart failure and was admitted to hospital on December 24th. I got to spend Christmas and New Year's in Hamilton General and was released on January 8th. That was Day One for me on this GREAT app and community. As of this morning I'm 260.6, can't remember the last time I was this weight!! 🥰
