Rough weekend, but I'm back on track.
On Monday I did a 45 minute cardio workout with my Wii...love that Fitness Coach! Then I went for a walk...only about 30 minutes. I also played We Cheer for an hour and a half and Wii Sports for about 30 minutes.
On top of that, I did laundry and grocery shopping.
Looking forward to working only from noon til 5 today!
