Everything's going pretty good right now. Im happy with my progress. Im trying to find things that "work" for my macs so that I dont get bored or feel restricted while still trying not to eat too much junk. I know that Ill have to tighten up on the macros and tracking at some point but right now Im happy with how its going.

This week I am going to get in 3 workouts instead of 2 and at least one yoga session. I am going to precook some chicken and cut up veggies so that I have things handy.
