Ok, did well for one month on the low carb plan, lost 9 lbs. but then got bored, went off and gained 6 lbs. back. Went back to low carb today but keep in mind there is still a lot of halloween candy around, so I had a small box of nerds and a roll of smarties for a snack. Gonna go to the gym now and work them off.
