Officially 190.
Yesterday I went to get blood test results, never expected to get smacked with high cholesterol and triglycerides at 37 years old. Glucose was "high normal" too. I'm certainly not in denial, I've earned it, plus the 10 pounds I've gained since my surgery in May. I feel SO FAT. I hate when Arturo puts his hands on me, I twist and turn to stretch out whatever part he's touching. My clothes are tight, I'm uncomfortable in my skin, and miserable.
I'm hoping this is a new starting point. Eat a heart-healthy diet, and weightloss will be a benefit. Exercise for heart-health, and again, the fat loss will be a side note.
However, this kind of talk sounds just like my 'quit smoking' rhetoric, and yet I always go back to smoking.
I'll do my best to eat healthy until Thanksgiving Day, and that big meal & all day of eating will be my reward!
