Went completely off the rails on Friday. As much as I would like to find someone else to blame; it was completely me. Oh well, these things happen. The key is to not let messing up throw me completely off. In the past, I've used one failure as an excuse to go off the diet for weeks or months. Yesterday, I got right back on the program, and while I was strongly tempted, I made it through the day on target.
It's very rewarding to find that I've lost some weight even though I wasn't 'perfect' this week. Motivates me to keep on making the effort.
